Multi camera use of mvBlueCOUGAR-S
A Multi camera installation has been tested by Matrix Vision of 20 mvBlueCOUGAR-S on one PC.
.
The system worked with a frame rate of about 3.3 fps. Additional hardware was needed and they were 4 switches which accommodated 5 cameras each.
All mvBlueCOUGARs were powered from a special single power supply unit to make the system more compact.

The MATRIX VISION mvBlueCOUGAR-S is a compact and flexible industrial Gigabit Ethernet camera compliant to GigE Vision and GenICam. The Gigabit Ethernet interface transfers high data rates over long distances using inexpensive standard network parts. The camera allows an easy integration in the environment and supports the application to deliver faster and better results.
