LIFA Fluorescence lifetime Imaging System

Lambert Instruments are active in the development of systems for time resolved imaging. The gated image intensifiers "II18G" can offer time windows down to a few nanoseconds width and with a controllable delay. The modulated image intensifier "II18MD" can be modulated up to 100MHz and enable measurements of fluorescence lifetimes (FLIM - Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Microscopy) with accuracy better than 100 picoseconds. Moreover, a complete FLIM system (LIFA - Lambert Instruments Fluorescence lifetime imaging Attachment) has been developed as a portable tabletop system that can be attached to any widefield fluorescence microscope.
